Site Visit or Shop Consultation
Based on availability
For most projects we will schedule a time to see the space in person or bring you into the shop. That visit lets us measure, assess the existing conditions, and give you an accurate picture of the work.
Scope and Plan Confirmed
Before any work begins
Once we agree on the scope, materials, and approach, we put it in writing so both sides are clear. Work does not start until you have reviewed and approved the plan.
